WILMINGTON — Johnathan Salvador Mejia, age 19, of New Hanover County, passed away on April 18, 2026, in the same county where he was born on September 6, 2006.
Johnathan was dedicated to his work as a landscaper for a local lawn care company, where he took pride in enhancing the beauty of nature and serving his community through hard work and attention to detail.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Johnathan cherished the moments spent with his beloved daughter, Scarlett. He found immense joy in hanging out with Scarlett and valued the time spent with his family, particularly enjoying the camaraderie and closeness shared with his brothers.
He is survived by his daughter, Scarlett; her mother, Jayden Blanton; his brothers, King David and Luis; and his mother, Crystal Davis.
Johnathan will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will forever remember his warm spirit and enduring love for those closest to him.
