WILMINGTON — Our precious Taylor Lynn Harrington, age 30, was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 1, 1995, beloved daughter of Jennifer Lynn Harrington and Thomas Daniel Harrington, brother of Dylan Thomas Harrington. She went home to be with our Lord, all too early, her suffering is over; she passed early Friday morning, December 26, 2025, fighting for life.
She spent her childhood in Charlotte, attending Lake Norman Charter School, graduating from North Carolina State University in 2017 with a BS in Business. Eventually she joined Renfro Brands, in Winston Salem, NC as an Associate Brand Manager.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family; survived by maternal grandparent, Jill Burgess (Columbus, Ohio) and her late maternal grandfather Colonel Terry Dean Norris USAF and her late paternal grandparents Robert (Bob) John and Joanne (Josie) Harrington, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers, and of course her precious friends who loved Taylor very much.
Her family appreciates all the prayers extended to her during this unforeseen time.
Throughout her life, Taylor loved her family, friends and of course her dogs; first Chloe who she is holding right now, and Finley, Taylor’s spirit and selfless love embodied. This time of year (Christmas) was particularly special to her. She was so hopeful and worked tirelessly to go home; yet she is home now in Heaven. The miracle we were praying for, as it turns out, was for us to spend a few additional precious moments with our sweet girl, and for her to continue to show us all how thankful we had time with her. She was our angel in so many ways, surprised us with her unique humor and her relentless strength, she always cared first for others, she was so incredibly special in so many unexplainable ways, you just had to know her, she is Taylor.
Taylor’s Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Andrews Mortuary, 1617 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 with Rev. Skip Williams officiating. Visitation will be held on that same Saturday at 1:00 until the hour of service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Taylor’s name to caninesforservice.org; a local Wilmington, NC dog training organization creating life-changing canine partnerships.
