WILMINGTON — Barry R. Spellman, 59 of Wilmington passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born on August 5, 1966, in Miami FL.
Barry was a loving husband, son, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and best friend; he will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He never met a stranger and always tried to make people smile. Barry left a lasting impression on people because he had a knack for brightening their day.
Barry enjoyed working for Mike’s Mulch and Stone and when he was not working, he could be found at his favorite place fishing, the Kure Beach Pier.
