WILMINGTON — Hattie Mae Richardson, age 83, of Wilmington, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025.
A public viewing will take place 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Davis Funeral Home – Wilmington, 901 South 5th Avenue, Wilmington, NC 28401.
A celebration of Mrs. Richardson’s life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 2711 Princess Place Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405.
Interment will follow at Holy Covenant Church Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the heart of her husband, Rev. James R. Richardson of the home; children, Edward Collins (Angela), Deborah Flowers and Levern Collins all of Wilmington, NC, William Collins (Melanie) of Atlanta, GA and Edriene Johnson (Isaac) of Wake Forest, NC; siblings, Elijah Murray, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Mary Ann Willis, Rev. Barbara Green (Raymond) and Janice Murphy (James) all of Wilmington, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
