LELAND — Ethel B. Williams, age 96, of Leland, NC passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025.
A celebration of Ms. Williams’ life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Hoopers’ Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 3627 Dogwood Road NE Leland, NC 28451. A viewing will be held one (1) hour prior to service.
Interment will follow at Summerville A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her children, Wanda Gore, Elder Patricia Mapson (Dixie) and Thadius Williams all of Leland, NC; sister, Reverend Hazel Scriven (Ivory) of Parkton, NC, 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
