WILMINGTON — Kenneth Edward Sandlin born March 10, 1954 of Wilmington NC passed away peacefully July 20,2025 after 71 beautiful years of sharing his love with anyone who passed by.
Kenneth is survived by beautiful wife of 53 years, Judy Ann Sandlin, his mother Ruby Geraldine Sandlin, his loving brother Johnny Sandlin (Terri).
Children: Amy(Tony) Heather (Danny)Eddie (Heather Marie)Cory(Terri)
Eight grandchildren who were each the apple of his eye: Jesse,Alex, Austin, Thomas, Christopher, John,Taylor and Joshua and seven great children who lit up his smile,multiple niece’s and nephews,sister-in-laws,brother-in-laws,an cousin’s who all hold a special place in his heart.
He is preceded in death by his father Henry Edward Sandlin,sister Rosemary Merritt,Parent in laws Tony an Rebecca Thompkins ,brother-in- law Roy Merritt, an Roy Swenson,sister-in-law Annette Swenson and niece’s Sissy Coleman an Tonya Willis,nephews Wayne and Tony Willis.
To know Kenneth was to know love him, never met a stranger.
A celebration of life will be held at Pine View Church located at 202 Flemington Road, August 2, 2025 @ 11AM.
