SOUTHPORT — Lena Louise Roche, a devoted homemaker, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2025, in Southport, North Carolina, at the age of 78. Born on November 27, 1946, in Hartford, Connecticut, Lena was the beloved daughter of the late George Lynn and Freida Louise (nee Wirth) Jamison.
Lena was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Jaime E. Roche. She leaves behind a loving family who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts: her son J.E. Roche, Jr., her daughter Marie Roche Marley, and her granddaughter Breann Nicole Gladness-Edwards.
Though no services are planned, those who knew Lena remember her as a pillar of strength and warmth in their lives. Her legacy of love and dedication to her family will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
