BURGAW — Jack Russell Richey, Jr., 80, passed from his earthly life to his eternal rest Friday, June 27, 2025 at his home.
He was born June 20, 1945 in Florence, South Carolina, the son of Jack Russell Richey and Edith Eleanor Ainsworth Richey. In addition to his parents Jack was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Tritt.
Jack is survived by his daughters, Wendy Noel Richey and her husband, Marc Kuropatwa and Michelle Moore and her husband, Chip; grandchildren, Ashley Clark (Payton), Jay Gibson (Brittany), Timothy Kemp, Brandon Jordan, Kristyn Truett (Travis), Walker Moore (Mackenzie), and Lex Moore (Chaz); nine great grandchildren; caring neighbors and best friends, Ray and Barbara Dawson.
