LELAND — Mildred Eileen Williamson Graham, 81, of Leland, NC, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on April 8, 1943, and was blessed with a close-knit family. She shared a special bond with her mother’s sisters, her beloved aunts, many of whom she considered sisters. Their relationships were filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support, shaping her into the kind and compassionate woman she became.
Eileen was a devoted and loving wife, daughter, sister, Mama, Grandma, and Gigi. She was a shining example of love, grace, and faith. She embodied the kindness and compassion of Christ in every aspect of her life, always putting others before herself and offering a gentle heart and helping hand to anyone in need. Her words were filled with encouragement, her actions with selflessness, and her presence with warmth. Whether through quiet acts of service, steadfast prayers, or simply the way she made others feel seen and valued, she reflected God’s love in a way that left a lasting impact. Her legacy of faith, kindness, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
Eileen retired from DAK Americas after many years as a dedicated and loyal employee.
Eileen was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Lynwood Graham, Sr. Her mother and father, Mildred and Howard Williamson, Sr. Her brothers, Bobby and Billy Williamson.
She is survived by her beloved husband Charley Graham. Her brother, Howard Williamson, Jr. Her sisters, Jenny Roque-Timberman (Greg), Carmen Esparza (Sparky), and brother James Villarreal (Laura). Her two children, Lynwood Graham, Jr. (Beth), and Lynne Rouse. Her four stepchildren, Wayne Graham (Sherry), Matt Graham (Nancy), Chris Graham (Tense), and Ruby Whitehurst (Linwood), and their children. Her five grandchildren, Eddie Andrews (Molly), Erica Andrews, Lynwood Graham III (Natalie), Braxton Graham (Lindsey), and Riley Powell (Shelby). Her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Branton, Avery, Keagan, Shepard, and Banks. Special sister- in-law, Judy Williamson. As well as many special cousins, and aunts.
A service to honor and celebrate Eileen’s life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, at Elah Baptist Church, located at 1527 Old Fayetteville Road NE, Leland, NC 28451. Visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eileen’s memory may be made to Elah Baptist Church.
