WILMINGTON — Marsha M. (Hull) Rice, 80, of Wilmington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Davis Community Health Center, Wilmington NC.
Formerly of Parkersburg, WV she was a 1962 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She was a homemaker, as well as helping with the family business, Rice Auto Supply, until 1996. In addition to crochet and painting, Marsha enjoyed the outdoors: camping, fishing, gardening, and visiting the beach. Her greatest pleasure in the later years were visits from her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Albert Melvin Rice, Jr. and parents William Benjamin and Eleanor Maxine Hull of Parkersburg.
She is survived by a brother, David Hull; daughter, Amanda (Jim) Ferrell; son, Greg (Becky) Rice with grandsons Logan and Wyatt of Concord, NC; daughter, Angela (Justin) Witmer with granddaughters Addison and Ava of Newton, NC; daughter Amie (Brad) Holdegraver with grandsons Daniel and Nathan of Hampstead, NC.

Marsha was a beloved caregiver to her husband who succumbed to this dreaded disease.
