ROCKY POINT — Sandra McKinney, 70, of Rocky Point, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
She was born on July 16, 1954, in Baltimore and lived there until March 2018 when she and her husband, Ray, moved to Rocky Point, NC.
Survivors include her husband, Ray McKinney; daughters, Stacy Johnston and Melanie Sturgeon; grandchildren, Kristin Preston, Justin Johnston, Nicky Johnston, Hailey Via; great-grandson, Levy Preston and sisters, Pamela Brennan and Sherry Creamer.
Burial will be private
