WILMINGTON — Michael Keith Core, 60, passed away on Tuesday, December 17th.
Born in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Ernest Keith and Annie Louise Core.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Clark Core.
A graduate of Cape Fear Technical Institute, he served his community as a law enforcement officer.
After many years of service in law enforcement, he recently retired from the Wrightsville Beach Police Department.
