WILMINGTON — Ronald Calloway of Wilmington NC passed away from several years of declining health.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Margaret Gouldman Calloway and Everett Ray Calloway of Bolivia NC and hometown of Concord NC. Four children. Brentt, Bryan, Bradley and Amanda Calloway of Pageland SC.
Survived by two brothers, James Calloway of Ocean Isle NC , Richard Calloway of Washington NC and sister Debra Funderburk of Kannapolis NC. Three grandchildren, Blake, Kinley and Claire Calloway of Pageland SC.
Retired from Hairstylist occupation. He loved shopping for antiques and vintage items. Ronnie loved flowers and gardening. He loved talking about his children. Sadly, all died at a young age. Loved talking about his grandchildren and family too.
Thank you for his friends that helped him while he was struggling in declining health. Mike Johnson was a blessing to him; a great friend and neighbor.
As per Ronnie, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
Donations can be given in his name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center, Wilmington NC.
