LELAND — Diane Lynch, of Leland, passed away peacefully from this life to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on May 11, 2024.
She was born on May 25, 1957, to the late Ernest and Frances Potter. She was also predeceased by her brother, Timothy Potter. Diane is survived by her loving daughter Jessica, husband Thurston, granddaughter Stella, sister Debbi, brother Ernie, and aunt Bobbie.
Diane grew up in Leland, and graduated from North Brunswick High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Leland. She had an enormous love for animals, and enjoyed caring for her pets, watching NASCAR races, and taking care of her family. Diane had many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws that she loved in her own special way.
Friends are invited to gather with Diane’s family for a Visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 17, in the Old Sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Leland, 517 Village Road, Leland, NC 28451.
