WILMINGTON — Ralph Cordell Russell, 59 of Wilmington passed away on January 31, 2024 at his home. He was born in Charlotte, NC on March 2, 1964 son the late Larry Russell and Kathy Smith Russell.
Surviving is his daughter; Carrie Cochran and other family members.
A gathering of friends and family will be held 1 p.m. Saturday February 10, 2024 at Wilmington Funeral and Cremation.
