WILMINGTON — Deloris E. McGoogan, age 88, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, November 27, 2023.
Public visitation 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC.
A celebration of Ms. McGoogan’s life will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at St. John AME Church, 2400 Acorn Branch Rd., Wilmington, NC 28405.
Interment will follow at Pine Forest Cemetery.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her children, Sherman Curry of Wilmington, Linda Curry-Graham (Oscar) of Raleigh, Audrey Curry of Greenville, SC and Sabrena Walker (Frank, III) of Wilmington, 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
