Forever In Our Hearts
It has now been 13 long, painful years since you were so senselessly taken from us. As I have said so many times, the pain does not go away, and the shattered hearts do not heal. Time does not heal, as some suggest. Time teaches you to painfully and slowly deal with the pain. The time without you goes on, as cruel as that is. We ask ourselves what you would be like today, what career would you have, would you be married, would you have children? So many questions that will never have answers.
You certainly touched many hearts and made a difference in many lives and will never be forgotten. All we have now are memories but there is a saying that is very true, especially in your case. It says “When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure.” We have thousands of wonderful memories of you tucked in our hearts and everyone is a priceless treasure.
We Love You and Miss You each and every day with all of our shattered hearts, John Edward Rossi, and we always will.
