WILMINGTON — Barry Lindsey Boswell, age 67, of Wilmington, NC passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington, NC.
He was born on November 14, 1955, in Cheverly, Maryland to the late Myrtle Gene Foster Mullins.
Surviving to cherish Barry’s memory is his best friend and loving wife, Rosanne Boswell; his children, Barry Boswell Jr. and wife, Andreea, and Julia Gene Harrelson and husband Derrick; grandchildren; Isabella, Bryce, James, Reece, Leo, Ryleigh, Pyper, and Danni; brother, Larry Boswell and wife, Pam; sister, Peggy Bentley and husband, Steve.
In addition to his mother, Barry was also preceded in death by his sisters, Mona Jean Tucker and Sandi Griggs; brothers, Harry Boswell and Gervis Mullins; sister-in-law, Glenda Boswell.
A funeral service will be held at Park Avenue Baptist Church in Wilmington on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor David Robinette officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ALS Association.
