WILMINGTON — Elton J. Davis, age 81, of Wilmington, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022.
Public viewing 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S 5th Ave., Wilmington, NC 28401.
A celebration of Mr. Davis’ life will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 2929 Princess Place Dr., Wilmington, NC 28405.
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife Jacqueline Davis of the home; children, Jerrold Davis (Allison) of Raleigh, Richard Mears, III of Chatanooga, TN, Cedric Mears and Tomeika M. Watkins both of Wilmington, 14, grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
