WILMINGTON — Trey passed unexpectedly on February 25, 2022.
Trey was born on August 9, 1980, the son of Hubert Earl Rogers Jr. and Rhonda Ricker Joseph. He was preceded in death by his father and sister Felecia Calahan. Cousin Clay Twisdale and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Trey had a smile that would light up the room and a personality to match. He loved NASCAR, the NC Tar Heels and pro-wrestling. He loved fishing and spent as much time as possible at Wrightsville Beach. Trey was a graduate of Laney High School.
He was employed at the Embassy Suite Wilmington Riverfront and loved his job and considered his co-workers family.
He is survived by his mother, Rhonda Joseph and husband Donald Joseph. Sister Tracy Rogers Butler and longtime companion Linda Chacon. Stepbrother and stepsister Nathen and Iris Joseph. His aunts Helen Pridgen Rogers and Patsy Watson.
There will be a graveside service at 2pm on March 26,2022 at Oleander Memorial Gardens followed by a celebration of his life at the Embassy Suite of Wilmington from 4pm to 6pm.
