LELAND — Mary Alice Harrison, 67, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her children, John A. Harrison (Devonia), Alice R. Harrison-Hines (Gregory), Ella T. Harrison and Connie Harrison, all of Leland; siblings, Annie McMillian (James) of Leland, Alvin Young (Hortense) of Somerset, New Jersey, and Raymond Young (Patricia) of Leland; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, July 9, at Davis Funeral Home, 901 S. 5th Ave., Wilmington. A celebration of Ms. Harrison’s life will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 10, at New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, 88 Snowfield Road SE, Leland. Interment will follow in Hall Family Cemetery.
