Paul Ray Ford, 44, chaplain who assisted youth with a servant’s heart

LELAND — Paul Ray Ford, 44, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at home with his family.

Paul is survived by his wife, Charlene Bellamy Ford; two children, Bradon Bellamy and Brooklynn Ford, both of Leland; dad Vachara “Jimmy” Ngeonjuklin; father-in-law, David Bellamy; mother-in-law, Lee Bellamy; brother, Scott Ngeonjuklin, and his wife, Lakkana Ngeonjuklin; brother-in-law, Chris Bellamy, and his wife, Brenda Bellamy; sister-in-law, Sharon Tufano, and her husband, John Tufano; nieces, Abby Bellamy, Kye Peterson and Karis Peterson; nephew, James Tufano; uncles, Gary Ford, and his wife Joan Ford, Brian Ford, and his wife, Kris Ford, and Steve Ford; aunt, Tanya Nolan; cousins, John Ford, Kristina Husted, and her husband, Evan, David Ford, Brittany Siegel, and her husband, Scott, Mark Ford and Michael Nolan. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wendy Ann Ford; grandfather, Gil Ford; grandmother, Vera “Gram Gram” Ford; and nephew, Thomas Tufano.

Paul could be best described as a servant. Paul loved to serve! He worked with the youth group at church, was an FCA chaplain for the local high school and middle school, and hosted charity events for folks in need and charity organizations close to him. If you needed help with something, Paul was there to do his best to help. Paul loved sports, cooking and doing his best to support and provide for his family.

Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, with funeral services following at 2 p.m., at Crosswinds Church, 445 Lanvale Road, Leland.
