LELAND — Georgia Ellen James, 70, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020, at her home.
She was born in Onslow County, the daughter of James Bryant Paddgett and Georgia E. Leary Paddgett.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, May 1, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel.
