WILMINGTON — Ronald Lee Boyd Sr., 70, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at his home.
He was born Sept. 18, 1949, in Tabor City, the son of Alvin Charles Boyd and Virginia Louise Smith Boyd.
Ronald worked for many years as a carpenter in the construction industry.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, March 14, at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel, 1535 S. 41st St., Wilmington, with a service to celebrate Ron’s life following at 5 p.m.
