LELAND — Kathleen Mary Haave, 82, passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, at home surrounded by her family.
Kathleen was born Oct. 13, 1937, in Brooklyn, New York, to Edward Wade and Harriet Mueller Wade.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Haave; brothers, Edward, Richard and Stuart Wade; and sister, Carolyn Williams.
She is survived by her children, Pamela Zehner, Kenneth Haave and Victoria Lisinski; grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony, Jennifer, Lauren, Krystal, Lawrence and Derek; and great-grandchildren, Annelise and Fredrick.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 25, at Village Road Chapel, 525 Village Road, Leland. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the Basilica Shrine of Saint Mary, 412 Ann St., Wilmington. Burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Wilmington. Her family members will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
