SUPPLY — John Curtis “J.C.” Smith, 32, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
He was born Dec. 15, 1986, in Newport News, Virginia, a son of Nickie Mullis West of the home, and John Paul Smith of Fairmont.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Ryder Smith of Leland and John Smith Jr. of Wilmington; brother, Joseph “Joe” Smith (Heather) of Holden Beach; and sister, Christian Smith, also of the home.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 28, at Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel, Shallotte. A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 29, at Brunswick Islands Baptist Church with the Rev. Doctor Rudy Ramphal. Burial will follow in Union Chapel Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
