CALABASH — Grace Ann McEneaney Mahony, 90, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 13, 1929, in Queens, New York, the daughter of the late Hugh McEneaney and Frances Diss McEneaney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Christopher Mahony; and daughter, Carolyn Mahony.
Mrs. Mahony was a member of St. Brendan Catholic Church. She was an avid bowler and member of the American Legion and BPO Elks Club.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. Surviving are her children, Kathy Mahony of Calabash, Michael Mahony of Oneonta, New York, Christopher Mahony, and his wife, Lisa Ann, of Fillmore, California, Thomas Mahony, and his wife, Michele, of Rockaway Township, New Jersey, Teresa Mahony of Calabash and Nancy Levine, and her husband, Jeff, of Simi Valley, California; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Sunday, April 7, at Brunswick Funeral Service, Shallotte Chapel.
