WILMINGTON — Jason Daniel Booth, 42, passed away Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at his home. Jason was born July 26, 1975, in Granite City, Ill., to James Edward Booth and Mary Elaine Booth.

Jason was employed with Seaside Tires and Wheels where he worked as a mechanic. He was a single parent and his life revolved around his daughter. He was an Eagle Scout, loved building high-performance cars and loved riding motorcycles.

Jason is survived by his cherished daughter, Savannah Lynn Booth of the home; mother, Mary Elaine Booth of the home; father, James Edward Booth, and his wife, Mary Maxine Booth, of Milledgeville, Ga.; brother, Brian Douglas Booth, and his wife, Raechel Lee (Hahn) Booth, of Magnolia, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13, at Andrews Market Street Chapel with a service to follow at 6 p.m.
