WILMINGTON — Eunice Wright Cox, 90, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017. She was born Nov. 25, 1927, to Austin Wright and Agnes Hardee Wright, who preceded her death.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Cedric Wright; sister, Hilda Bullock; and son-in-law, Marshall Allen.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Allen of Wilmington and Maria Hamilton, and her husband, Tim, of Easley, S.C.; son, Doyle Cox, and his wife, Ronnette, of Sanford, N.C.; and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 16, at Coble Ward-Smith Funeral Service. Burial followed in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
