WILMINGTON — Linda Harris Guarino, 68, beloved wife of Thomas P. Guarino, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCare Center.
Linda was born Aug. 30, 1949, in Mount Vernon, N.Y., a daughter of the late Henry and Virginia Grace Hahnel Harris. Mrs. Guarino worked as a realtor.
In addition to her husband, Tom, she is survived by her daughters, Sondra Pfeiffer and Inigo, Christie Hunter and Lindsay Gower, and her husband, Bryan, all of Wilmington; son, Thomas P. Guarino Jr.; grandchildren, Alexandra, Jillian, Isabella, Zachary, Joshua, Cameron, Brandon and Juliana; sister, Dawn Harris of Minnesota; niece, Demi; brother, Craig Harris of Wilmington; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 14, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m., Friday, Dec. 15, at Immaculate Conception Church, 6650 Carolina Beach Road, Wilmington. Interment will be held in Oleander Memorial Gardens.
