WILMINGTON — Robert Joseph Smith, 29, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017. Robert was born July 30, 1988, in Wilmington.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Smith of Leland; father, Ricky Smith (Cheri) of Wilmington; grandpa, Robert Leake; two brothers, Rick Smith (Anna) and Ryan Smith; one niece, Olivia; his loving cat, “B”; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins and too many friends to count.
A celebration of life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21, at 1002 Balfoure Drive, Wilmington.
