SUPPLY — William Charles “Bill” Streaks, 68, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick.
He was born Oct. 28, 1948, in Canada, the son of the late Stanley Streaks and Dorothy Marsalies Sreaks. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Surviving are his wife, Judy Lewis Streaks of the home; stepson, Jared Smith of Oakboro, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Janet Tripp of Ash, N.C., and Jacqueline Silcox of Pennsylvania; one brother, Shane Streaks of Canada; two sisters, Amy Streaks of Michigan and Sharon Nesbit, and special brother-in-law, Al Nesbit of Sarasota, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 1, at White Funeral and Cremation Service, Shallotte Chapel, with Elder, Michael Gowens officiating. There will be a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
