CALABASH — Arthur Austin Kent, 82, died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017.
He was born March 28, 1935, in Worcester, Mass., the son of the late Clifford A. Kent and Louise D. Stearns Kent. Arthur was in the U.S. Army for 26 years and prepared taxes for H&R Block.
Surviving are his sons, Carl Kent, and his wife, Roxann, of Norfolk, Va., and Gary Kent, and his wife, Laurie, of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 8, at the chapel of Brunswick Funeral Service.
