Morton Daniel ‘Danny’ Brock III, 58, of Wilmington, died Sunday, April 10, 2016. He was born in San Luis Obispo, Calif., on April 16, 1957, the son of the late Morton Daniel Brock II and Nell Rowe Pavelchak. Also remembered is his stepfather, Paul Pavelchak, all of who preceded him in death.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. Beloved by his family and known for his kind heart, Danny will be dearly missed.
Surviving are his brother, Frank Brock, and his wife, Carol, and their children, Sarah and Hannah Brock; sister, Pam Sharp, and her husband, Don, and their children, Wil Sharp and Madison Lane; and sister, Polly Gocke, and her husband, Matthew, and their children, Mason and Paige Gocke.
A private family burial will be held in Moore’s Creek National Battlefield in Currie.
