Shirley Ann Ulisnik passed away peacefully on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice, surrounded by love.
Her passions were cooking and trips to the mountain cabin with her family. She loved flowers, knitting and most of all, she loved her children. She was immensely loved by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6 at Andrews Mortuary Chapel in Hampstead.
The family would like to thank the staff at Cape Fear Lower Hospice for the incredible care and support that was continuously provided to Shirley and her family during the most trying times.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Lower Cape Fear Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
