Joseph “Joey” Edward Farlow, of Carolina Beach, died March 28, 2015, at the age of 37.
He was born and raised in Greensboro and later made his home in Carolina Beach. Joey never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. He was and avid Duke fan. He was a member of Seaside Chapel.
He is survived by his mother, Sue Farlow; father and stepmother, Gene and Elizabeth Farlow; sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and Kevin Dodson; two nieces, Mattie Adkins and Maci Dodson; and two nephews, Blake and Owen Adkins.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, at Seaside Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hebron Colony Ministries, 356 Old Turnpike Road, Boone, NC 28607, in memory of Joey.
