Teresa Fullwood Ward, of Southport, died Dec. 26, 2014, at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia. She was 75.
She was born Jan. 25, 1939, daughter of the late David Thomas and Hazel Trunnell Fullwood. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jeff Ward; three brothers, Thomas Fullwood Jr., Jimmy Fullwood and Gene Fullwood; an aunt, Rubye Swain; and nephew, Ronnie Fullwood.
Mrs. Ward is survived by her husband, Roger Ward; daughter, Jerry Lynn Ward; granddaughters, Alyssa Ward and Miranda Ward; numerous nieces and nephews; special sister-in-law, Jean Hilburn; special brother-in-law, Charles Ward; and lifelong special friend, Diane McKeithan.
Teresa never met a stranger anywhere she went, and she always enjoyed helping and giving to others. Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughters. She truly loved them more than life. She will be missed by all who knew her, but most especially by her daughter who was and will always be her best friend in the whole wide world.
