Sandra L. Kauffman, of Hampstead and formerly of Florida, died June 11, 2014, at the age of 71.
She was a longtime member of Southwood Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Fla., a devoted pianist and piano teacher.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Lorraine Tudor.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Kauffman; son, Randy Kauffman and wife, Debbie, of Knoxville, Tenn.; daughter, Keli Vargas, of Crawfordville, Fla.; grandchildren, Erica Peterson, Mitchell Kauffman, Abby Shaffer, Wesley Kauffman, Nathan Kauffman and Noah Vargas; and great-granddaughter, Veda Peterson.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home, 315 Willow Woods Drive, Wilmington with the funeral to begin at 4 p.m.
