
Nathan Thompson Tayloe died unexpectedly on Dec. 3, 2013, at the age of 26.
He graduated from New Hanover High School and attended UNC Wilmington. He worked as a chef and as a chef’s assistant in Los Angeles, Washington, DC and Brooklyn. He was a sweet and charming young man who will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his parents, Ryal and Kimbrough Tayloe; his brother, Ryal Tayloe, Jr. and his wife, Laura; his sister, Mary Rosser Tayloe; his grandmother, Mrs. C. Nathan Thompson; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at St. James Episcopal Church, 25 S. 3rd Street, Wilmington, NC. A reception will immediately follow at the Lee-Perry Hall at St. James.
