Pollock is charged with possessing and distributing images and videos of children ranging in age from three to 12 years old in sexual acts.
Pollock waived his right to counsel at the hearing, and his release order was amended to include that should he post bond, he cannot have any contact directly or indirectly with a minor, according to court documents.
He is currently being held at the New Hanover County Detention Center under a $110,000 secured bond.
