NEW HANOVER COUNTY — Last seen at 111 Windy Hills, Megan Carson Rogers has been missing since November.
The 38-year-old stands 5 feet and 4 inches and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has hazel eyes, medium length blonde hair, and has distinguishing tattoos, including a seahorse on her leg and a nautical star on her hip.
It’s unknown what she was wearing when she went missing, Nov. 17, 2022.
