WILMINGTON — Two men were arrested and charged with multiple felonies on Friday
Charles Faulk, 42, and Daquan Freeman, 29, were stopped by officers around 26 Second St. at 11:23 Friday night. According to a press release, cannabis was visible in plain view, which prompted a search of the car.
Faulk was charged with identity theft, unsealed wine/liquor, and resist/delay/obstruct public officers. He was given a $15,000 secured bond.
Freeman is charged with possession of firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver within 1000 feet of a school, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He is being held without bond at the New Hanover County Sherriff’s Office Detention Center.
