LELAND — Four sanitary manholes will be repaired in coming months in Leland and will close a section of Pine Harvest Drive overnight as crews work.
Town officials are informing area residents and motorists traveling on Pine Harvest from Brook Crossing Lane/Wood Lily Circle to Atrium Way/Hydrangea Court to be aware between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
Work is planned in four phases. Dates below are subject to change due to weather or contractor scheduling issues (any disruptions will be communicated through the Town of Leland):
- Phase 1: Aug. 30-31, Sept. 1, 6-8
- Phase 2: Sept. 19-22 (possibly Sept. 23 or 26 as needed)
- Phase 3: Oct. 4-7
- Phase 4: Oct. 17-21 and 24
As well, H2GO — the area’s water and sewer service provider — will have a representative on site with contractors during the process. There will be signs posted and traffic control will be set up through each phase.
