BRUNSWICK COUNTY — Public health in Brunswick County has scheduled pop-up Covid-19 vaccine clinics for folks seeking one-dose and two-dose shots, as well as third-dose boosters for the immunocompromised.
The clinics take place in Shallotte, Southport, Supply, and Winnabow, starting Monday, and will offer all three approved vaccines, Moderna, Pfizer (fully approved for ages 12 and up) and Johnson & Johnson, for free. Only Moderna and Pfizer have been authorized for third-dose shots.
The clinics do not require appointments, but individuals should prepare to show insurance and ID cards. Second- and third-dose seekers also will need to provide their vaccinations cards.
