WILMINGTON — Last minute shoppers on Christmas Eve can cross off their lists at the downtown shops and receive free parking while doing so.
The City of Wilmington has turned off on-street metered parking in downtown Wilmington from Wednesday, Dec. 24, through Friday, Dec. 26.
