LELAND — Law enforcement arrested a 48-year-old for allegedly holding up a convenience store in Brunswick County — twice in almost two months.
Wyshaun Nath faces two counts of felony larceny, two counts of second degree kidnapping, and two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Officers have linked him to the robberies of a Circle K at 7806 Ocean Highway East on both Jan. 27 and March 19.
“In both robberies, the suspect stole money after demanding the clerk open the cash register, threatening to use a firearm, and holding the clerk against their will to escape,” according to a press release from Leland Police Department.
Nath was arrested by Leland Police Department, with the help of United States Marshals Service Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, on April 3.
He is being held at the Brunswick County Detention Center and has not been issued a bond.
