The building at 235 Government Center Drive will remain closed until further notice. Remediation and repair work are underway but there is not yet a timeline for completion of that work.
Water and wastewater services are not impacted and are operating normally.
Customers can still visit CFPUA’s customer service office at 305 Chestnut St. during regular business hours. CFPUA staff are also identifying a temporary second in-person location while the building remains shuttered.
CFPUA accounts can still be managed by calling 910-332-6550 or online.
