Man charged following incident at Lowes Foods in Leland

LELAND — A Bolton man was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor larceny following an incident at Lowes Foods in Leland.

Jaquan Omarion Radford, 19, was arrested following an incident on Wednesday at 1152 East Cutlar Crossing around 5:11 p.m.

Radford had several other charges pending from other law enforcement agencies, including the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.

There is no threat to the public and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information related to this case should contact the Leland Police Department or Detective Hutt at ehutt@townofleland.com.
