
WILMINGTON — The Wilmington Police Department has arrested a 57-year-old man, Bobby Lee Keyser of Leland after he was released from the hospital.
“A Leland man is in the New Hanover County jail facing multiple sex charges involving children. 57 year old, Bobby Lee Keyser was arrested yesterday while being released from the hospital. He faces multiple sexual exploitation with a minor charges, indecent liberties with a child, secret peeping, soliciting a child by computer and statutory sex offenses,” according to the Wilmington Police Department.
Keyser was convicted in 2004 of multiple sex crimes, including multiple felony counts of indecent liberties with a child and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He was released in 2015, according to North Carolina Department of Public Safety records.
Keyser is being held on a $1 million bond.
