WILMINGTON — “Wrightsville Avenue has been closed to through traffic between Independence Boulevard and Dawson Street as CFPUA crews make emergency repairs to a water main,” according to a Cape Fear Public Utility Authority press release.
Eastbound traffic should take Dawson Street to Oleander Drive to Independence to return to Wrightsville Avenue. Westbound traffic should take Independence to Oleander to Dawson.
The closure is expected to last through today.
